Hollywood carbon trading is happening. Could this be a business deal for out of work actors. I'll be in it if anyone want's to give it a go!

Global Warming: The Biggest Show In Town

THE INFORMATION COLUMN Welcome. This Blog is for actors and anyone else involved in the performing arts. It is about our industry and work in the context of Global Warming. It was created to encourage discussion on the issues and to allow suggestions on how our industry can contribute positively to finding solutions. To criticise and expose bad practices. (If you are new to 'blogging' see below.) We are a powerful industry when it comes to an interest in what actors,(read 'Stars') have to say. The many artists, be they actors, musicians, dancers, directors, technicians who make up our industry have a long history of involvement with social causes. We are a caring profession. Global Warming and resultant climate change, effects us all. All industries will have to take account of what they do from a climate perspective. This blog is for us to have our say and to nut out problems, to make suggestions and hopefully, help.

New to blogging? So am I. I'm still learning. But essentially, you can make a contribution if you have something to say about anything you read here. At the end of each posting (to the left) you will see 'comments'. If you run you pointer over it and click it, it will open up a screen where you can read other peoples' comments or add your own. If there are comments there already you will have to scroll down till you see the place to write. You can also choose to be anonymous.
